There was some things wrong with the cabin when we arrived, but they were taken care of. All in all a good experience.

We loved the overall experience at down the creek cabin although the cleanliness was lacking a little. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back.

The cabin was just the right size for our family and enough space for everyone. We did have a couple of issues that were addressed immediately which was nice to see. As a bit of professional advice, whatever company is doing your cleaning, they may need supervision. While on the surface the cabin looked clean, better inspection would find that there is room for improvement. Still, we had a great time and would not hesitate renting the cabin again. We really liked the pavilion although we didn't use it as much as we would have liked. The creek being right there is nice and relaxing. The drive to Gatlinburg is an easy 15 miles and getting to Pigeon Forge is simply a right turn. All in all it was an excellent family outing.

Beautiful cabin, we loved it. However both main level bathrooms had Luke warm/cool water only. The upstairs was the same. That was very disappointing otherwise it was great.

What a very nice cabin…it worked perfectly for our needs. The outdoor space top-notched - it provided a place for the kids to play and the adults to enjoy the fire pit area.

Parkside is always efficient and reliable. We love staying with them every year. Girls trip

Easy Check in- cabin was clean and beautiful. We did have some trouble locating the broom to clean up with, but overall, Fantastic! We will be staying with Parkside again.

Beautiful cabin in a great location. Creekside and the pavilion……, amazing. We had an issue with the stove and they sent someone out in 15 minutes it was fixed. Great customer service!!

We had an amazing time! The check in process was easy, the cabin was clean and comfortable with so much fun stuff to do! We will definitely stay with Parkside Cabins anytime we come in town!

We loved the property! It was really cold when we arrived, but we were able to adjust the thermostats and make it more comfortable. The cabin did need a deep cleaning, as there were some cobwebs in various places.

Would of been a 5 star if the air conditioner worked properly

Everything from making the reservations to checking in and then checking out was so laid back and totally stress free which means everything to me being a wife and mother of 4 teens. Life can get chaotic and vacation is sometimes a hassel but PSCs has been the best experience we've had. I love this place! Our cabin was AMAZING! We will most definitely be coming back every year 💜

We loved the new outdoor furniture, so comfortable. There are definitely some areas this cabin needs updating. Both cabins need dusted badly. Several inches of dust on lamps.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful. The outdoor pavilion and ground s were awesome but there were a few things we were disappointed with. The mattresses could be updated. They were very worn. There was centipedes all over the place that need looked into. The kids were afraid of them getting in their beds. We all had a good time we hope to rent it again! Thank you!

Beautiful cabin at absolutly lovely creekside location!! Nice amenities and comfortable beds. Hot tub,pool table, sleeping and bath plenty of options, nice layout to house. Location met our needs for distance to Smoky Mountains and Gaitlinberg. Millipedes were ALL over the floors though..unfortunate, that was gross. Maybe traps would help. Carpenter bees are making tons of holes in the beautiful house. Also could use more utensils and coffee mugs. Overall very positive experience, would recommend!!

Our stay was wonderful. The cabin was more then I had expected and bigger then what I had seen in pictures. The only thing I did not like was the smell of the water. I don’t know if the odor was from what the water is treated with or something else but it was a little stinky.

It was excellent as usual. We loved it. We will come back again

The cabin, amenities and location were wonderful! However, the cabin was not very clean; there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, trash & cups on the balcony, dirt in corners of the rooms, and dusting needed to be done everywhere. Also, the downstairs back bedroom needs a new mattress (it has broken down in the center where we both ended up stuck throughout the night.) We normally tip very well but felt the $95 cleaning charge was all that was deserved in this instance. I would recommend the cabin to friends but would also let them know about the mattress and that it should have been cleaner when we arrived.

Easy booking, easy check in process. Nice cabin, a little far out from main attractions but worth the drive.

Cleaning could be better. Found dead bug in bathroom. Kitchen had 8 bowls for cereal.

All of my family loved the cabin. The pavilion was nice. The porches were nice too as we sat and listened to the creek. The cabin was spacious enough for our four families. We’ve already booked this cabin again for next year.

Cabin was wonderful plenty of room and nice outdoor places. Could use new silverware as some spoons had burrs on them. Generac generator nice if power goes out. Well stocked with essentials.

Cabins were awesome, top bedroom was a bit hot but otherwise perfect!

Had multiple families in our group. Plenty of Space. Plenty of activities for in cabin fun. All the kitchen supplies we needed. Close to Dollar General around the corner so saved a trip into town. GREAT TIME. Thanks. ALREADY Planning our Trip for next Christmas.

Everything was wonderful. The cabin was welcoming, fully stocked, and we enjoyed our peace and quiet stay by the creek. We do wish the hot tub was hotter but otherwise no complaints at all and if we can, we would love to stay with Park side again!!!

we had four couples and really appreciated each having their own bathrooms; we spent a lot of time at the pavilion and sitting on the porch; very relaxing; only complaint was that the grill on the little patio was way too small to service the 9 people we tried to feed; would have appreciated another one or a larger one.

We loved this cabin! Loved the wraparound porch, patio, pavilion and the stream. Cabin was very clean. I would recommend this cabin to friends/family.

Pleased overall with our stay. The cabin was nice, however, your cleaning people need to do a better job. Not very happy that before we could even get settled in we had to sweep and mop the floor just to be able to walk on a clean floor. We found cob webs in some of the rooms, mold in one of the bathrooms.

The cabin was very accommodating for our family. The bedrooms, bathrooms, game room outside porch and the pavilion was very nice. Beds and furniture was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very functional and the pots, pans and dishes were in very good condition. The price was very reasonable and the reservation policy was good. Actually your policy is what drove me to stay with your group. The other cabin companies, apparently set their policies so that you were forced to buy the insurance or take a chance of loosing your money, which just seemed to be an unnecessary expense.. The television channels had a good selection and the TV's in all the rooms and outside allowed everyone to have their own privacy if needed. The corn hole game, pool table and electronic game table kept all entertained. The only other comment I have was to the housekeeping. The refrigerator needed some attention as well as the upstairs porch, which had cigarette butts scattered around and needed to be swept, The microwave door cover was about ready to fall off, so I repaired it with grey tape so it wouldn't come off and called the next morning to inform you. Overall this was a great experience and Park Side will be at the top of our list when we come back to the mountains in the future.

Everything was wonderful. Nothing to complain about. Express check-in would be an added bonus. I don't know if anyone has noticed but while sitting on the upper deck we noticed that the posts have a big carpenter ant infestation. Just letting you know.

The cabin was very nice. Wished we knew the cabin was 16 miles away from Gatlinburg before we booked though

We love parkside cabins and especially , up the creek! You can not beat the location and beautiful scenery. This was our 5th year in the cabin. Lovely as always but it could use a deep cleaning. Noticed a lot of dust piled up.

Very impressed with Parkside Rentals. We do this every year and I loved the fact that maintenance all showed up at just the right moment and was extremely nice. The cabin needs some fixing, and more kitchen items, but overall was great. Hopefully we can get this one again next year!

On Veterans Day weekend we had a Veterans reunion who served mainly 2002-2006, this location was amazing it was quiet and private. There was plenty of room for the group, and the rooms bathrooms were all comfortable the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for preparing our meals. plenty of patio space for sitting and hanging out. The one feature we wanted to take advantage of was the fireplaces, and we never had the chance due to Tennessee being on a fire ban so maybe next time we will enjoy the pavilion with that beautiful fire place. Parkside rentals offered an amazing weekend and we will absolutely be doing this again.

Check-in was a breeze. Very friendly staff. Cabin was beautiful, spacious and very clean. Stove could be updated though as the heating elements on the stove and oven didn't seem to heat properly. Overall, can't wait to come back next year.

Cabin was great. It could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival, a lot of dust. Overall cleanlines an 8 out of 10. Pool table surface needs some work. Beautiful grounds, loved the detached covered patio with fireplace.

The staff at the office was very friendly and helpful. The cabin was just like the pictures but the cleaning staff needs some help, there was lots of cob webs and cabinets needed wiped out.

The cabin was nice and very enjoyable. We enjoyed the snow when we woke up Saturday morning.

We felt welcomed from the office staff to the matinance man. We called after the first night because down stairs was a little to cold. He came checked things out and returned with a portable heater. Also loved the office 🍪, parking passes and helpful advice.

We stayed in Down the Creek cabin for 3 nights on a recent trip for a Family Wedding. Love the area, the cabin had 2 levels with rocking chairs on the porch, 4 bedrooms for 4 families. Helpful office staff, recommendations for activities. What a good price and great experience-- we would stay there again!!

THE CABIN WAS REALLY GREAT THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE WAS THE WAY HOUSE CLEANING IS DONE I DROPED MY CANGE OUT OF MY PANTS SOME ROLLED UNDER THE BED AND THE DUST WAS VERY THICK AND DIRTY SOME ONE NEEDS TO CHECK UNDER THE BEDS BUT EVERY THING ELSE WAS GREAT LOVE THE CABIN AND WILL BE BACK THANK YOU ALL AND YOU HAVE A BLESS IT DAY

No complaints. Everything was perfect the whole stay. The cabin fit all our needs and exceeded our expectations. The photos on the website did not do it justice. Gorgeous and very easy to get to. Great location!

Our stay was incredible! The cabin was comfy and the setting was beautiful. We had our daughter's wedding in the pavilion and cit was perfect! Thank you for everything!!

Spacious for the 9 of us. We found the main and second floor very clean. We loved having the fire pit plus the fireplace in the pavilion because it rained half of our stay. The things we found not up to par were mold on basement floor shower curtain, grills are in serious need of replacement, faux fingernail in hot tub (which none of us wear). But it was nothing that was going to ruin our stay. The great things by far out weight the couple bad.

I loved the cabin! Very clean, organized and well built. The only thing that I was not happy with was the view and proximity to the adjacent trailer park. However, there were not any problems and ut was very quiet and enjoyable. Loved the outdoor pavillion and fire place.
