As you plan your day at the water park, you’ll want to make sure you don’t skip these fantastic Dollywood’s Splash Country rides:

1. RiverRush

When it opened, RiverRush was the first water coaster in the state of Tennessee. This is one of the most popular of Dollywood’s Splash Country rides, and for good reason! RiverRush provides the thrill of a roller coaster combined with the fun of a water slide for a truly exciting experience. This ride takes you four stories in the air and drops four times along the 1,175-foot track. You’ll laugh and scream your way through multiple hairpin turns, dark tunnels, and splashes of water. You won’t want to miss this unique and thrilling ride!

SwiftWater Run is one of the thrilling Dollywood’s Splash Country rides that’s sure to get your adrenaline pumping! You can choose to ride solo or with a friend on this water attraction. Hold on tight to your tube as you burst out of the enclosed tunnel into the uncovered bowl and ride the current around and around until taking a final plunge down the chute. Single tubes can be used by a single rider with a weight limit of 250 pounds, and double tubes can be used by two riders with a combined weight limit of 400 pounds.

3. Big Bear Plunge

Experience the thrill of white water rafting without ever leaving Pigeon Forge! Big Bear Plunge is one of Dollywood’s Splash Country rides that the family can enjoy together. Riders climb aboard a four-person raft that travels through dark tunnels, winding bends, steep drops, and a wall of water before sliding down a bumpy cliff that ends in a pool. This ride requires a minimum of three riders per raft, and groups fewer than three will be seated with others.

4. Wild River Falls

This water attraction features four slides that each offers its own unique twists, turns, and surprises. Each member of the family can hop on a tube and ride a different slide down to see who will emerge at the bottom first! Choose a slide that navigates through dark tunnels or one that lets you soak in the warm sunshine during your ride. Double tubes are available for an adult with a child between 36 and 50 inches tall.

5. Mountain Twist

Mountain Twist is one of three Dollywood’s Splash Country rides where you slide down on a single-person mat. This water slide ride provides an exciting, fast-moving trip down the mountainside. As you race down more than 300 feet of slide, you’ll maneuver through twists and turns reminiscent of curvy mountain roads. This water attraction features three single-person mat slides, so count down before you take off to see who can make it down to the bottom the fastest!
