Rocky Top Retreat is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin located only minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. It is situated in a wooded setting offering a tree house feel to the surroundings. The main level of the home houses the large living room dining room combination with a modern kitchen. It has a bedroom and hall bath with tub shower combination. Upstairs there is a loft area with a sleeper sofa and electronic video game system. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a twin sleeper sofa and adjoining bathroom with a large jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Also on the main level, you have a washer and dryer, a large outdoor hot tub, outdoor pool table and large fire pit for your entertainment.

I do want to say the cabin was very clean we just felt a little slighted we didn't have bed sheets for the couches covers and pillows very few pillows was on the beds so we couldn't even share them we found multiple things broken they was a glass that one of my children almost got cut cuz it was chipped the pool table was pretty stretched up I was worried about it being tore up in the table was pretty disgusting the food is in the cracks of the table and I find that very difficult but again we did not complain we did not call even my husband took the dryer apart clean the lint trap because the washer and dryer was not working properly we have stayed there before I think they just need to do some upkeeping on the rental place itself but again the company itself with polite they gave us what we rented a cabin and we we stayed our time and we enjoyed ourselves thank you again

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Cabin met all our needs and more for 2 adults and 6 kids. We had a wonderful time there on rainy days too! We would definitely stay there again.

Had a great stay. Rocky Top Cabin was very comfortable. Loved the fire pit and all the fire wood. Only complaint was the cookware provided needs to be replaced badly. Most of the pans are terribly scratched and some are rusty. They need to be thrown out as they are unusable. Also a couple of hot pads for taking things out of the oven would be great as well as providing at least one more dish towel and washcloth. One of each for the whole week is a stretch.

Wonderful experience!! The cabin does need a little work. The weather head has a hole right in front of it allowing rain to pour in and allowing squirrels in as well. The ceiling in the bathroom down stairs has water damage and mold. The back door to the porch has a 1/4 inch gap under it allowing air inside and both central units need a Freon check. Those are just a few things I thought you would like to know in order to keep the cabin at its best. We love staying with Parkside!

I loved the location of the cabin, the size of the bedrooms and kitchen. It was just one bathroom sink upstairs that was clogged up, but other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back to the same one!

We stayed at the Rocky Top Retreat. The cabin was clean and spacious. The location was fantastic. It was close enough to downtown Gatlinburg and the national park but also far enough away that you felt like you were in a secluded mountain cabin. We would definitely return and stay with Parkside again.

The cabin was everything we ever dreamed. Pictures were exactly like they showed. There was plenty of room. We mainly sit in the kitchen area enjoying faniky time. Played pool a couple times. Had fires & roasted marshmallows for s’mores after my husband build a spectacular fire in ther awesome fire-pit. The bathrooms were perfect sized. Washer and dryer needs to be updated cause we had to run three times to dry. But everything else was amazing. Best bet us Myrtle beach ppl will definitely be back in the future if the good lords willing. Y’all it’s a must. It was our first time in a cabin not Westgate. An to me it was better. 100 % will be back.

Our stay was fine, but it would have been nice to have more supplies at the cabin pertaining to towels and extra blankets. There was only 1 teaspoon in the drawer and the front of the drawer fell off when we opened it to get a knife out. We loved the location, and the fire pit! Overall it was a nice stay. I’ve booked with you before and never had any issues.

Everything was wonderful! The cabin was clean and clearly well maintained, the beds were comfortable, the shower head in the master bath was fantastic, the jacuzzi tub and the hot tub were SO wonderful after a long day of play... I just can't say enough about how impressed I was with Rocky Top Retreat. Also, the gentleman who checked us in, I believe his name was Jeff, was SUPER helpful and gave us tons of useful information, plus he was funny to boot. We will absolutely be back!

The cabin was in a great location, about 5 minutes to the grocery store and less than 10 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg. We were overall very happy with our stay. The hot tub, outdoor pool table, and firepit were a hit! However I would suggest better lighting on the back patio, as it was poorly lit with 2 LED lights, making it hard to use in the evenings. The kitchen was well-stocked with plates, cups, and silverware but was missing a few items (oven mitts, 9x13 baking dish and baking sheets). Would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was very clean and comfortable! Kitchen was stocked well and we were happy to have a working ice machine! We would stay in this cabin again. I do wish it had a larger hot tub, it was not big enough for 4 adults comfortably, but the hot tub was a nice amenity!

A really nice cabin away from the noise and traffic. Check in was easy and directions made it easy to find. It was a rainy weekend so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside amenities, which were really nice! Only negative thing I can say was the cabin is ready for a deep clean. We had a nice getaway!

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. We used the fire pit even though it was 82 degrees. It was a bit to warm for the hot tub. We felt we were in the woods even though we were minutes from the city. Would certainly stay again.

The Rocky Top Retreat cabin was everything we hoped for and more! The cabin was clean, beds were comfortable, furniture and decor were updated and good quality, and the hot tub was very relaxing. The landscaping made for a very secluded setting. Our kids loved the video game system. Only one minor problem was the pool table was not completely level. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will look for this place again next time we vacation in the Gatlinburg area.
