Mountain Vista is a 3 level, 2 bedroom cabin that offers amazing views of Mt. Leconte and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The lowest level has 2 king bedrooms. The master bedroom features a bathroom with a jacuzzi, a gas fireplace, and a 32" flat screen TV. The second bedroom offers a 32" flat screen TV and a bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The second level features the living room, newly updated kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, dining area, and deck. The living room is complete with a gas fireplace, a 32" flat screen TV, and a half bath. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining area has seating for 10. The deck is equipped with an outdoor pool table and a hot tub for you to enjoy and relax. The third level is a loft area which serves as the 3rd bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Mountain Vista is a wonderful cabin with breathtaking views. It has a lot to offer and would make an ideal vacation spot for you and your family.

Loved the cabin. Had a few issues, bathrooms were very dirty, while unloading groceries a roaches crawled across the counter, no where to put trash outside, and you could here a mouse or something scratching in the wall above living area and bathroom. Loved the layout. Spacious, great parking, great location. Would recommend an exterminator, outdoor bear proof trash can and a good cleaning. Hope to stay again.

We always enjoy staying in the cabin the staff was really nice, and the cabin was clean and had plenty of towels and cookware , and dishes the only thing different this time was that we did see some waterbugs {5} we have never seen them there before, so, that I thought Y,all would want to know so that you can get you Pest Control people right on it, everything else was excellent as always .

The cabin could use some deep cleaning in the kitchen. There’s dead bugs & dust under the cabinets where pans are stored. The washer & dryer has lint & dirt all around it. The wind blew doors open . I paid a lot for cleaning fee

Parkside is always great! However, I think you may need to check with your cleaning crew. With this stay the cabin was not very clean. Floors were dirty and there was a bug issue. I am good with some bugs, we are in nature. However there were spiders and centipedes everywhere. The windows were covered in spider webs. There was black mold in the bathroom.

A few small issues. Hot water faucet in down stairs bathroom leaks, bedside lamp in same room is missing the chain pull, toilet in other downstairs bathroom rocks, only half of the jets in the hot tub work, nail sticking up about four stairs from the top (right in the middle), towel bar in south bathroom is almost off, and just suggest a cover for the pool table, it was covered in snow for two days. Otherwise, the place was great and had an awesome view. We will be back. Thank you!

Beautiful cabin, quick check-in and excellent service. We had an issue with a downed tree blocking the road getting into the cabin due to storms and the main office was very nice about notifying the appropriate people to help.

My husband and I went to celebrate our 30 year anniversary. Our two daughters and their husbands' and a 10 month old grandchild came along. We LOVED it. My husband and I hiked to the summit of Mt. LeConte for the first time and the view of Mt. LeConte from the kitchen was spectacular. The cabin was beautiful and CLEAN. Each bedroom was equipped with a tv, bathroom, and big closet. We loved the wooden furniture and the taxidermy. The king size beds were comfortable.The kitchen was well equipped. The location was especially important to us so that we could get to the park to hike quickly. The staff may check in easy and check out easier.This trip may have been my best vacation ever. Thank you.

Check in was quick and fast and the reps was friendly , the cabin was nice but there was a leak from the ceiling of the kitchen when using the upstairs bathroom sink and the heat didn’t reach to the room downstairs there should be two fireplaces downstairs, the water flow was weak and light , other than that everything was great ! Close to town as well !

We absolutely loved Mtn. Vista cabin. This was probably the easiest drive to get such a great view that we ever had. It was very convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge located just off "the spur". The cabin although surrounded by several cabins felt very private. It was beautiful and very rustic inside. Obviously, it was way too big for just the 2 of us, but we decided to book it anyway. They had an extra night free during the spring which made it an awesome deal. The beds were very comfortable and the a/c super cold. It has a nice, big kitchen with plenty of sitting for 10 or more. I loved that has so many decks to sit on too. I told my family this would be a very good choice for us all to stay at next time we are there together. We cannot wait to return.

The cabin was excellent. I was left hanging by another cabin rental company and had to find one last minute or have nowhere to stay on my wedding weekend. It was larger than I needed but I was impressed by how affordable it was for such a nice place that my husband and I have decided we will continue to rent from parkside from now on. The washer wasn’t working but due to our schedule we were unable to call during the day and not going to make a call in the middle of the night over something so small. Thank you for giving us a beautiful place to go along with our cherished wedding memories!

Overall we loved the cabin and the location. However the dishes were dirty upon our arrival and the toilet on the main floor was dirty and the jacuzzi tub on the lower floor was dirty. Also the wifi didn't work when we got there but they did come out the next day and fixed it. Check in was great and fast. All the staff were very helpful and kind and our views from the cabin were gorgeous. We will be staying again.

We always book with Parkside. This cabin was very good. Only suggestions more cookware. There were no baking sheets. Needed more garbage bags, dishwasher solution and dish soap. We had to go buy these items. Also windows need blinds the sun in blinding coming through. Also a lot of spider webs on windows. Other than that great time.

We enjoyed staying in this cabin, especially the beautiful view. It is nice and spacious. There were several places, however; that were in need of cleaning. All of the kitchen appliances and cabinets had smears and stuck-on food that we cleaned ourselves. Also the bathroom mirrors had dried toothpaste splatters all around them and the fabric shower curtains were very dirty. We still liked the cabin despite these issues. Thank you.

Great location. Kitchen needs cups, spoons, grater, cookie sheet, better utensils to be appropriately equipped. Dirty water bottles were left behind. Mold in downstairs bathroom; duck tape holding up shower rod. Icky.

Overall our stay in the cabin was pleasant. However, there are some things that I would like to bring to your attention: 1. Numerous cobwebs around the windows. 2. I think something is wrong with dryer. It took 2-3 cycles to dry our clothes each time I used the dryer. 3. No pot holders to use when removing items from oven. 4. The ironing board is broke. 5. The dining table was dirty. I wiped a White paper towel across the table and when I looked at it, it was black. 6. Need a few more dish cloths and dish towels in the kitchen. Other than these things, everything was great. Lovely view of the mountains from the front window. I definitely would stay again.

From check in to check out everything was wonderful. Never expected the full service and hospitality we received from the rental company. Toiletries, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap-all was more than expected. Clean and wonderfully decorated. Soft mattresses, plenty of pillows and linen. Hot tub wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was roomy, we had everything we needed, and the office staff was very friendly and accommodated our late check-in request with no problems. The only complaint we had (which we brought up at check-in) was that the cabin was very dusty/dirty and in much need of a thorough and deep cleaning. This one issue would not keep us from returning, however.

We were pleased with the cabin and it's location. Easily accessible from Gatlinburg and quick to get to Pigeon Forge. Plenty of space for our large family. We would stay here again.

The cabin was excellent!! A curtain across the loft would make a nice addition for privacy when needed.

We had a great cabin with a great location close to the Gatlinburg bypass.The kitchen in Mountian Vista was large enough to seat 12 And the large kitchen window had a beautiful view. We cooked 3 meals in and really enjoyed being together. Thanks for providing such a nice cabin and a good rate.

Check in was wonderful - the staff was prepared and very professional. It was a quick and thorough process. Cabin was in immaculate shape, extremely clean, wonderful beds and bed linen, fantastic layout, well equipped kitchen and the best mountain view we've had in 20 years of renting in the Gatlinburg area. Would highly recommend this company to deal with and this cabin specifically was amazing. We used it as a 3 bedroom for 3 couples and it worked, as long as it's recognized that the loft bedroom has no privacy. We did experience a problem with the air conditioning not working on Saturday. Called and reported and we received maintenance help immediately. They did work until late Saturday night and were back again Sunday but unfortunately couldn't fix it and it was a bit humid and hot to be without air conditioning. That issue aside, we were extremely pleased.

Our stay was great. While it was unfortunate that the air conditioning wasn't working in the cabin, we were very happy with your response. The cabin was clean, the location was excellent and we enjoyed out stay. We will highly consider it when returning to Gatlinburg.

The cabin was beautiful, although it could have been cleaner. There were spider webs throughout the cabin and there were also dead bugs on the floors.
