Only issue we had was hot water heater, would trip and had to be reset several times,

The cabin was perfect and clean. Everything we needed or asked for was taken care of promptly. We will not stay with any other cabin rental company.

We loved the cabin. We appreciate you calling us and letting us know the cabin we booked had issues and upgraded us with no additional charge.

Checking in was fast easy and he was very friendly I had my granddaughter 5 years old he understood and assisted with her pen and paper needs lol cause she was busy the house was beautiful when needed something was brought too us fast

We always love staying with Parkside. We have loved every cabin that we have stayed in. Loved Mountain Memories as well. The cabin itself was excellent. I just didn’t care much for the location.

The cabin was clean and nice. Called at 9 am for a trash pick up and to light our pilot light for the fireplace. Had to call the next day requesting the same services because no one showed up the first day we called. Trees need to be trimmed some in the back so that you can see the amazing view better.

We enjoyed our stay, however there were several issues with the cabin. Ice maker didn't work, fan in main room was missing pull cord, fireplace wouldn't stay lit, although a maintenance person came to check things, nothing could be resolved during our 3 night stay.

Great customer service as always! Only issue was the jets in the hot tub did not work so that was disappointing because that’s the main reason we rent a cabin for our trips.

We had a great time. The directions were clear, and the cabin was beautiful. The food recommendations were excellent as well! I think something is wrong with the lock on the front door. I'm not too convinced that we could ever lock it from the outside when we were leaving. I could lock it from the inside by turning the deadlock, but I couldn't do the same from the outside...it would just spin. I tried inputting the code to get it to lock but that didn't work either. If there was a way of doing it, some directions would have helped. If it's broken, it might be worth looking into replacing.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mountains Memories cabin. Had everything needed and a nice view of the mountains. Best nights sleep ever! Enjoyed our fire outside as well as some evenings playing pool and games. Will definitely be back.

Everyone was so friendly, our cabin was so clean, we had plenty of linens, and the cabin had adequate tools to make some simple meals at home to save some money.

I absolutely love staying with Parkside! It’s my fourth time and only cabin company I’ve ever stayed with! I will say, the specific cabin I was in almost all of the plates were so nasty, not washed at all but in the cabinet. Pots and pans need to be replaced as they were old and extremely beat up. Lastly, jacuzzi tub wasn’t working correctly. When it did it had disgusting trash floating even after multiple times of me trying to clean it. With this being said, it does not interfere with my future stays with parkside. I just know what to look for first day when we get there and not a a day or so after being there.

Clean overall, quiet, nice view. Directions are not clear. Adding turn left at Rt. 416 to directions or Greenbriar Camoground would avoid a lot of turning around as the Pittman Center Rd. sign is gone.

Overall very good - jacuzzi was aging, leaky and on its last leg, shower curtain and some towels and silverware were dirty, tub jets were NOT clean as advertised.. Big black chunks came out while bathing my kids (they were so excited about the jets). Remotes were all missing their backs.

The canon was beautiful, cozy, immaculately clean. The beds were so comfortable! The front office was extremely friendly and so helpful with dining recommendations! We loved our visit and renting with parkside cabin rentals was very positive! We will be coming back and we can’t wait!! We give it 5stars!!!!

Everything with the rental was perfect. Check-in at the Parkside office was smooth and friendly. Arrival at the cabin was straight forward and simple. The cabin was in amazing condition and we had a great time. The cabin was clean, well-maintained and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our trip. We will definitely stay here again and are already talking about coming back next year.

Our stay at Mountain Memories was Amazing! The view is breath taking and the cabin is nice and spacious..only negative thing I would say is that the directions were a little confusing…we ran into a rain storm trying to find the cabin and could not see the signs,also the “green house” that’s the landmark u can not see because of the trees have grown up around it… other then that everything was good! Staff was also very helpful when we got lost!

To start, it was a painless check in process, great location, clean well equipped and a very enjoyable experience for us.

We stayed in Mountain Memories. The cabin is very nice and met our needs. I think it could use a deep clean though. Our first impression when we walked through the door was that the cabin was not clean due to the dirty looking windows. However, I realized once I tried to clean them that the problem was inside the glass panes and not dirt. However, it does give you an impression of not being clean. The walls in some places need to be cleaned, especially around the trash can in the kitchen area. Mold around the shower caulking. Overall, very good experience.

Check-in was easy and pleasant. The cabin had beautiful views in the back. The hot tub was at 75 degrees when we arrived. Called Jeff and instructed me to increase temp to 100. He said that the temp should increase at least 1 degree every 15 minutes. Unfortunately this didn't work. I called again the next morning and asked if maintenance could come out to look at it. My family and I were out exploring while Steven checked the hot tub for us. When we returned back to cabin, the temp of the hot tub was still at 75 degrees. I called the office again and spoke with a gentleman that assured me that Steven looked at it and said it was okay. I asked if Steven could come out again. Steven was at our cabin within 15 minutes. He reset the hot tub and made a phone call to another person who was familiar with it. Steven discovered the hot tub was in sleep mode which prevented the temp to increase. He was extremely helpful and friendly. The hot tub was finally warming up and we were able to use it that night. It got to 101 degrees! Thank you so much Steven. The cabin just needs a good deep clean. We discovered spiderwebs on the side tables in the livingroom and crumbs in the kitchen. The front and back porch could have used a good sweep. The kitchen supplies were limited, only 1 steak knife. But we managed. Overall we had a quiet and enjoyable stay. Thank you so much.

Loved the cabin! Great location in Pittman Center area ! Just far enough away from downtown Gatlinburg to be away from the crowds but close enough to get to stuff we wanted to do down that way. Food City is close for shopping so we could enjoy dinner at the cabin. Will definitely come back next year for our Fall trip to the Smokies!

This was our first trip to gatlinburg and the cabin was what really made the trip extra special for us. We are already planning another trip for next year and hopefully going to be able to stay in another one of y’all’s cabins.

The cabin was a good one. The check out procedure was great.

The view was awesome! However, the kitchen was only minimally supplied. Only one kitchen towel & dish cloth & NO potholders! Had to toss a salad in a saucepan because no bowl. Handle on microwave was broken, 2 chairs on deck had broken handles; shower nearest the kitchen could use a good cleaning (mildew). Otherwise, it was good.

The cabin was nice, and clean but it needs some basic maintenance. The bed was comfortable.

Everything was nice and pretty clean. We will definitely stay again when we are in Gatlinburg.

The location of the cabin was fabulous. Close enough to necessities but not surrounded by people:). Check in was flawless; Jeff was super helpful as were the other office staff. A couple of things in the cabin did not work; nothing that caused any issues for us but should definitely be addressed. Ice maker did not work Light under the microwave did not work (maybe needed a bulb?) Microwave handle was broken but functional It would be nice if the patio was at least partially covered. It rained a bit; given that and the hot sun some days we weren't able to sit outside and enjoy the scenery as much as we would have liked. Like I said these things did not affect us much at all. We'd definitely stay here again!

Everything was great! Loved the stay! Everyone was nice! The cabin was what we were looking for. We have one complaint. The bracket that holds the top on the hot tub was broke. My husband went to move it off the hot tub and it sliced his toe open. This should be fixed before the next guest stays.

We’ve stayed with Parkside Cabin Rentals a couple times and we’ve always had a great experience. The cabin was clean, cozy and had an amazing view! We couldn’t get the dryer working so we called the office and they sent a maintenance guy out right away. We will definitely be staying with them again in the future

Everything was good it was just a lot of ladybugs throughout the cabin

The cabin was everything we could have asked for! King sized beds, fireplace, fire pit, everything worked and all was clean for the most part!

The cabin was great. It needs to be deep cleaned. The glass doors and mirrors were dirty. The doors needed cleaned good, light bulbs need replaced, sheets on one bed was dirty(the came and changed them), hot tube would not heat nor did some of the jets work. Again, the cabin was great, just needed some attention to detail.

We stayed in Mountain Memories this time (our 4th stay with Parkside Cabin Rentals). From Check-in to Check-out, everything was perfect! The cabin is bigger than the pictures reflect. The beds were amazingly comfortable and clean. The cabin itself was clean. I have zero complaints! Food City is close by to stock your groceries up for the first night. I will always choose Parkside and will continue to recommend them to anyone requesting information on which Cabin Rentals to choose.

Cabin was lovely and clean. Really appreciate the parking passes and coupons. I would give it 5 stars, but there was a little issue with trash pick up.

My family and I stayed in “Mountain Memories” cabin and it was so beautiful. Great view of the mountains, secluded, clean, and very cozy. I definitely recommend this cabin! Can’t wait to go back soon!

Check-in was easy. The accommodations were just right. The setting was relaxing.

We had a great stay. Our cabin, Mountain Memories was just as described although I do wish it would have had a pitcher for making tea. There was lots to do and only a short drive away. We enjoyed having free parking passes to park in Gatlinburg however it would have been nice to have a ticket for each day we stayed because we only had 2 tickets and found that we spent most of days in Gatlinburg. We will definitely be back as we know we only scratched the surface of things to do.

Liked everything about the cabin except one thing - the washing machine dispenser for bleach was very nasty and needed cleaned. Other wise it was a great location.

The cabin we rented was well represented in your ad and the rental was straight forward in all details. We were especially happy that Park Side allows for a reasonable cancellation policy if it had become necessary.

Amazing, my fiancé and I spent a week in mountain memories. I’ve read the reviews some people had issues. But they were very minor. We had an amazing time. The staff was quick to react when the fireplace was on the fritz the first night (didn’t have any issues after) Few things 1: the noises you hear climbing the walls at night are most likely squirrels, don’t freak out like we did. 2: the bumping that echos when you turn over in the bed is just the metal frame (you get used to it) 3. Filling up the tub-do NOT just turn to hot and walk away. It gets boiling hot after about 3 minutes of running the water and you will turn yourself into a cooked duck if you hop in. 4: keep the flu closed at night to prevent critters. But open when running to prevent headaches 5: keep an eye on the hot tub temp it throttles down when left alone. Allow plenty of time to re heat if your gonna leave it un used for the day. 10/10 will be staying here again next year. TVs are smart TVs that come with Netflix Thanks again guys! See you soon

Easy to reserve online. Friendly when I called for more info and also when we checked in. Great directions on how to get to the cabin. Cabin was clean and as expected.

Every thing was as advertised and expected so we had a great experience. A couple of notes for your maintenence people. The door by the hot tub won't lock and there are carpenter bees(lots of them) drilling holes all over.

Upon our arrival to the office, the staff was very polite and helpful. When we got to the cabin, there were some things that needed to be addressed...big bees by the hot tub, one of the post on the deck is rotted and railing wobbly, missing slats in all the vertical blinds, vent one of the bedrooms didn't work and covered with dust-----maintenance came next day and addressed all the issues...very pleased with the quick resolutions, but feel some of these should have been taken care of before our arrival. We enjoyed our stay and the area. Suggestion.....cabin needs more teaspoons.

Our stay was very nice. When we asked for garbage pickup and hot tub chemicals, the service was friendly and prompt. We could not get the coffee maker or the jets in one bathroom to work. We were allowed to check in early although we never received a call that the house was ready, we just took a chance and came back to the office at 2:00.

We had a terrific time and hope to return in the future!

We asked the man when he came to get our trash about specific trails and he gave us awesome reccomedations of his personal experience as a local. He told us key places to spot wild life from his experience. We called the first day about a noise the hot tub was making splashing sound underneath and was there to check it out within :15 minutes. And problem was fixed in no time. Also gave us his recommendation for similar cabin rentals for our future stays. At check in they give lots of coupons and free parking. The only minor thing I would recommend is a bigger frying pan for the kitchen.

We stayed at Mountain Memories. Beautiful cabin, was clean, comfortable beds, large bathrooms each with large two person Jacuzzis. And very secluded. Making plans to stay two times next year.

Everything was great! The only problem we had were the wasps on the deck. Had to go buy bug spray because they had nested on the deck. Otherwise, our stay was great!

Loved all the extras like hot tub and outdoor fire pit. The deck was exceptional! The most private location we have ever had even though there were cabins near us. Thank you for the free parking passes and discount ticket to Ripley's. The beds were so comfortable and great big bathrooms, huge flat screen TV's and nice hot tub were great. The only negatives which were minimal was that a digital clock would have been helpful in the bedrooms and our refrigerator was kinda loud. Overall great experience. We will be back!

Amazing cabin, nice and clean on arrival! Ran into issues with a few spiders. Called staff and they said they would run up some spray. Never arrived so we went out and bought our own, no big deal. No issues after applied spray to areas where we thought the approximately two inch spiders were coming from. Great location for a cabin and would stay there again! Check out process was a breeze thru Parkside, compared to other cabin rental places! Cabin well stocked with dishes and pans to cook with! Loved it! Fire for outdoor pit also well stocked! Once again, would stay with Parkside Cabins!

Awesome love this cabin. We book the past two years. I called and ordered some wood to be delivered seamless. Only minor problem was one of the plastic outside chairs was cracked

Great. Ease of making reservations. Good directions to cabin, as GPS did not pick up the address. I would suggest to the owners that they have a "spring cleaning" done on the cabin. The major areas were nice and clean, but lots of cob webs in the higher sections of the lights/cabin. Lamps, refrigerator and video game top very dusty. But don't get me wrong...We'd rent the same cabin again.

The furnishings were very nice and all the rooms were clean and inviting. The view outside was exactly what was posted online - no disappointment there. Someone might want to check on the video game system...the controls for the 2nd player didn't work well. We would love to return to this cabin some day!

This cabin (Mountain Memories) was wonderful. A super view of the Smoky Mountains and a great front porch to get out of the sun if you like. We look forward to renting in the future.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The cabin was beautiful and spacious. The beds are super comfortable, the jet tubs are magnificent, and the amenities do not skimp. Large flat screen TV's, pool table, arcade table, amazing fire pit, and awesome scenery. We used to have a timeshare in Gatlinburg and now realize that was a waste of money, going with Parkside is the way to go. They even supply you with free parking passes in downtown Gatlinburg, a $1.00 entry to a Ripley's attraction, and other discounts. They even supplied the firewood. Honestly the best vacation decision we have ever made. I will be shooting a review video about our cabin (Mountain Memories) as well as the amazing staff at Parkside. We loved it so much, our cabin was available one more day, so we booked it and stayed an extra day.

Overall experience was very good, minor suggestions put up something (signs) to make it easier to find the cabin (especially in the dark), also put alarm clocks in the bedrooms and have bedding already there for the pull out sofa

Accomodations and location were great. Folks renting the cabin next to ours were loud, had several friends come visit and partied until the early morning hours making our night stays less than peaceful and quiet.

You did great. We loved the cabin and had a great time. We really did not want to leave. The only thing we did not like was the road going to the cabin. We will use you again the next time we come down.

The cabin (Mountain Memories) was gorgeous and far exceeded our expectations. It can be a little anxious booking a cabin site unseen over the internet, but rest assured that you won't regret it. Close enough to and far enough away from the main strip, the cabin was a vacation unto itself. Perfect for our family of three. Our son loved the video game and hot tub, and we loved the beautiful serenity and privacy it afforded us. Can't wait to come back!

Very nice cabin. Views was amazing! Only trouble was with finding it because the map directions given to us just needs to be updated slightly, but stopped at a convient store for directions and one of the locals actually drove us to it. Such nice people.

We booked the cabin over the phone which was nice, our check in was easy, and the directions to the cabin were easy. Upon arrival the cabin was clean and welcoming. We did notice a couple items missing (granted we were the first to stay in this cabin) but by the time we came back that evening all items had been delivered for us. We truly enjoyed the cabin, the views and the location. We will definitely stay again at this cabin or one of the others being renovated. Thank you for the hospitality and a great place to stay...side note: my kids loved the outdoor pool table and table arcade game system.
