We loved the cabin and our stay was wonderful. Check in and out was easy, the cabin was clean and close to the park as well as Gatlinburg. We had a fantastic trip!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Cabin was relaxing and clean.

Everything was great except for the ants in the kitchen

The smallest suggestion would be to have a privacy between the two cabins. Perfect location! Everything very clean! Fire 🔥 pit was amazing plus with plenty of fire wood.

Enjoyed our stay in this cabin. Far enough away from town to feel relaxed, but still close enough for activities. Several cabins on the same street, so didn't feel too secluded. Nice space inside and out to relax. Hot tub was nice although the water was too hot. Kitchen was well-equipped with many appliances. Loved the decor/feel of the cabin. Towels and basic soap/shampoo were provided, but would recommend taking your own. Towels were very small. Cabin was very clean and in order when we arrived. Checkin was a great experience- staff was very friendly, received a packet of info/ brochures and two tickets to park free in a parking garage downtown Gatlinburg which was very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was great along with the privacy. We could barely hear our neighbors at night. We would recommend replacing the numerous burt out light bulbs as well as dusting the ceilings and fans more often. Checking in and out was super easy and Jeff was super helpful with suggesting cool things to see around the area, the staff was also very accommodating when we needed anything. Overall it was great stay!

Cabin was clean, beds were very comfortable and couldn’t beat the location.

Great cabin, clean, easy check in . Would have loved some individual salt and pepper packets, a coffee packet and a lighter or box of matches. Those small additions would have made our stay MUCH better!

We had a wonderful vacation in your cabin! Loved the overall feel of it. There were a couple of things that could have been a little better, like no chlorine in the hot tub, a very squeaky bed downstair and broken blinds through the cabin. But besides those three things, we loved it there and would come back! Great place for a family vacation near Gatlinburg!

Customer service was great! I stay with Parkside everytime I'm here in Gatlinburg and its great. I will say that my prior cabins were a bit cleaner than this one. I will speak with management but it's nothing I couldn't clean myself. It wasnt as clean as my other cabins though. Overall still a great experience.

The properties are always a little bit older but it never disappoints. I’ve stayed in a Parkside cabin with family before and this is the second time. Out of the two, this one was nicest. Fresh bedding and fresh towels were provided as you would expect. The hot tub and pool table was so fun. When we were exhausted the last night, the couch was so comfortable to relax on. It was a nice getaway close to the arts and crafts village. Tucked away in a hilly and narrow road, there weren’t any views from the cabin. The burnt orange wood in the interior was gorgeous and the taxidermy was actually kind of charming. All my boyfriend could say is “I want to come back to this cabin” and “wouldn’t this cabin be a great time with our friends”. While I wish the upstairs had a door, it was fine because we just had the cabin to ourselves. There was a lot of noise from the neighbors that didn’t bother us because we are from a busy city. But if you want peace and quiet, it might not be the place to stay during peak times like the weekend. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I had a great stay. Easy check in/ out. Comfortable beds, great location ( since it was close to the attractions but yet not right in the middle of it.) Grocery store near by was perfect. The outside deck could use some fresh paint and the kitchen needs normal, adult size bowls. The bowls were so tiny, it was comical.

Cabin was very nice and clean. would be nice to have some basic supplies such as salt and pepper

Our cabin was absolutely fantastic! It was spotlessly clean when we came in and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect because we were far enough out of town but still close enough to quickly run in if we needed something urgently. The cabin was exactly as the photos shown and did not disappoint. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area and recommend it to others. Thank you for a great experience!

Everything was great! Beautiful clean cabin. Just hate we had to evacuate the the night before checkout.

Customer service was beyond excellent. We stayed in Highlander Haven. Main level toilet has very slow flush. Upstairs shower had alot of mildew in corners and needed a really good scrubbing. The plunger in upstairs bathroom had dried toilet paper left on it. All ceilings fans had so much dust on them we were afraid to turn them on (we sleep with a fan on at night). Other than those few housekeeping details our stay was wonderful.

Everyone we delt with was so friendly! I loved the experience when we checked in. The cabin was gorgeous. Even better than in the pictures!

The cabin was lovely. We truly enjoyed our stay. Recommend adding potholders to the kitchen 🙂. Also, on the last night we tried to run the dishwasher, however, it did not work…not sure if it was operator error or a problem with machine. The beds were very comfortable!!!

Cabin was beautiful and cozy. Needs a deep clean which seems to be the #1 overall complaint from guests. Our particular cabin was overrun with ladybugs. A sweeper would've been nice to get the many piles of dead ones.. Overall, we had a fantastic time. We'll be back.

Check in process was simple. And cabin was clean and beautiful.

Had issues with missing items and cleanliness. Could do better. no pot holders, missing lightbulbs in oven and under microwave and bedroom lamp, hair in tub, no plastic glasses for patio use. unswept patio, good wood but no kindling for fires, Could have used a sponge or dishcloth instead of face cloth for kitchen sink, and bathroom sink doesn't drain well. No Kleenex in bathrooms. Had a wonderful time in spite of these issues.

It was a great cabin had no issues. Definitely will keep y'all in mind for the next stay in Gatlinburg.

My family and I stayed in The Highlander Haven Cabin. I searched for hours for the perfect cabin. I am so happy with my choice. The ease of check-in was excellent. Directions to the cabin were precise. The driveway does have a steep incline. Therefore, the e-brake will have to be set when parked. The cabin was spotless. The Hot Tub was warm/clean and ready for use upon arrival. Beds were so comfortable and clean. Appliances were up to date and very clean. The Cabin was stocked with any kitchen item that you might need. We also used the washer/dryer everyday. It too worked properly. When Parkside was called to come and pick the trash up, they were prompt and very courteous. I would definitely recommend Park Side Cabin Rentals to anyone!

The inside of the cabin was excellent. The outside was in need of a power wash. Would not use the grill that was advertised. We went out and bought one. Cabin was well stocked. The hot tub was nice and clean.

Staying at Highlander Haven was wonderful! Everything was very clean and in great condition. It was a bit of a hike from town and from the park, about 15 and 20 minutes respectively. But, that was made up in the beauty of the cabin, ease of check-in, and amenities.

Was most definitely the nicest cabin I've stayed in in 30 years in the Smokies and we only had a little problem with the TV and that matter was taken care of and fixed it 20 minutes or less. Most definitely will book again

We stayed in Highlander Haven. Cabin was clean and perfect for our stay. We had no problems or complaints. The cabin had a really neat layout and a fire pit which we used almost every night. It was stocked with firewood. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a great stayed! Loved every second of it. If we could suggest one thing, would be to mention the incline of the driveways prior. Wasn't a huge problem for our vehicle however, if brought a smaller one it could have been.

Our family had stayed in Parkside cabins before, and recommended we stay in them this time. So we did, and we loved them! We definitely look forward to staying in them again!! We usually come to Tennessee about two times a year. We also love how clean they are!! They are Beautiful cabins!!

Great rental company, would reccomand anyone to stay at Parkside cabins.

Everyone was super friendly. The cabin was awesome and clean plus it was fully equipped. My only suggestion is maybe providing a couple of extra towels and laundry detergent packs. We loved every minute of our stay.

The cabin was beautiful clean perfect for our stay. The only issue we had was it rained and Burwood got wet before we could even have a fire. But honestly it wasn't to big of a deal since we came back to the cabin tired every night. Everything we needed was in the cabin plus some. The beds and pillows were both comfortable too. The drive way was a little steep to park in but my truck was good. Can't wait to come back.

Overall a beautiful cabin. A couple small issues- freezer didn't make ice. Ants in kitchen. Maintenance man had to come over to add freon to air conditioner. But- it was a great space overall.

I have never stayed nor rented a cabin before. Park Side gave us the ultimate experience. I was extremely impressed with how clean and decorated Highlander Haven was. Everything and I mean Everything was exactly as written and shown on their website!! I would definitely recommend their services. If I could think of one thing that could have been better it would have been maybe the construction on the nearby cabins, but that had absolutely no impact on our stay. Hot water!!! Jacuzzi Ready!! Plenty of towels and supplies needed that I didn't think to bring with us. I must also add that I called versus ordering the Cabin online and saved over $120. They gave us coupons that saved over $45 dollars for the attractions in town. I would have to say again Thank You so much ParkSide!!! We truly enjoyed our spring break vacation!!!

The cabin was beautiful! It was beautifully decorated and not too far out from town. It was very clean and well done. We will definitely be staying in one of your cabins I can hopefully real soon :-)

Highlander Haven was a great cabin to stay in. The location was good, although Google Maps is a little off on their mapping. The cabin was a nice size, laid out very well, and was plenty of room for 4 people. Kitchen was amply stocked with plenty of plates, glasses & silverware. The ease of the gas logs was a much enjoyed feature, as well as the pool table. I only have a few small complaints. Some of the tv/cable remotes were not in the proper rooms (which caused some confusion) & at least one of them did not have batteries. (Perhaps labeling the remotes with the proper room would help.) The pullout bed in the sofa is not very comfortable. If the mattress for it was a little thicker, it would help. Also, despite the cabin being clean, we did still find some leftover cereal in different locations (under chair in living room, under table in kitchen) and we also found a toy or two & a random sock behind the bedroom door in the downstairs bedroom. The other issue was that one of the chairs in the living room area has a furniture tack/nail sticking out of the arm on the outside. I found this when moving the chair & it stuck my finger. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay at Highlander Haven. It was a nice getaway, and I would rent the cabin again.
