Grin and Bear It is a 3-story, 2-bedroom cabin located just a short drive from downtown Gatlinburg, offering both convenience and space to spread out. Each level provides its own area to relax, making it a great option for families or small groups.
Both bedrooms feature king beds, flat-screen TVs, and private bathrooms. The upper-level suite includes a stand-up shower and a separate jacuzzi tub, while the lower-level suite offers a bath with a shower/jacuzzi combo. The cabin also includes two indoor jacuzzi tubs for added comfort.
The main living area features a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a sleeper sofa, along with a fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs, a pool table adds a fun space to unwind.
Step outside onto the deck to relax in the rocking chairs or enjoy the private hot tub while taking in the views.

The cabin was very clean. Great location and we saw bears. Unfortunately the air conditioning went out twice. A repair did come out fast but it went out again the next day. We had 2 hot sleepless nights.

This was our first experience. The cabin was as described. Linen was super white and clean. Cabin in its entirety was clean. The beds and chairs were comfortable. All appliances and electronics worked well. I will definitely take my family back and definitely recommend it

The stay was great! We really enjoyed our time there. Only a few items I would address is the cabin needs a deep clean badly! There were big dusty spider webs everywhere on the outside (inside the windows) and inside. Especially behind things in the cabin (ex: beds). The cabin needs a smart tv. The pots and skillets could be replaced. Also maybe invest in some better grills outside. I love grilling and those are no good.

We enjoyed the neat cabin and the perfect location. It would have been nice if the kitchen had more pans, pot holders, etc. The cabin was fairly clean except for the one sheet that was covered with little hairs.

The cabin was easy to find and located right outside of Gatlinburg. The directions were easy to follow and no steep gravel driveway to deal with!! We were happy about that 😁 We had a question about the gas fireplace and you came out and looked at it immediately! I would definitely stay with Parkside Cabin Rentals again 😁

We had a wonderful time! The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was great and the location to downtown Gatlinburg was terrific! They also supplied all detergents, shampoos, trash bags etc. needed for time there. My only request would be for the cabin to supply TV/remote directions. We couldn’t figure out how to operate either and couldn’t watch tv or entire stay. Also, just an FYI, the hot tub is only for two people.

Very nice cabin with good amenities. The wi-fi was inconsistent, with a very week signal early. The upstairs shower is small but the shower pressure was excellent. Loved the back deck. The sliding door was hard to open and close and there were cobwebs in the upper left corner. All the furnishings were comfortable. The washer and dryer were fine, although there weren't dryer sheets. We had to cycle the dryer 3 times to get our stuff dry but it got there. All in all it was a great stay. We enjoyed the location being close to the arts & crafts loop and away from the downtown crowds. We will contact you again if we return to the Gatlinburg area.

The cabin was clean and it had everything we needed. The only problems we had was the hot water would cut off every day and the jacuzzi upstairs did not work and it wasn’t enough towels for everyone to use. Also it wasn’t enough parking space for all of our cars. I was disappointed that it had no Mountain View but over all we enjoyed the cabin and planning on coming back again

The customer service was good. The WiFi wasn’t working but we called and someone came out to fix it within a few hours. I wish it was a little cleaner. The cabin was dusty and had cobwebs. For the most part it was clean just needs a little extra time dusting and wiping down areas.

The original cabin rented should be taken out of service. It was terrible. Smelled awful. Nothing like the pictures. Not only out of date, but was REALLY DIRTY!! We called the office and they immediately sent us to another cabin. It was EXCELLENT!!! Had a great stay and will definitely use them again!!!

This is our 2nd stay with Parkside. We enjoyed our cabin. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. I was disappointed that it had no Mountain View though. Also, it would be helpful if the listing included the parking situation. We had a motorcycle and we were unable to park it at our rental. Overall, we were very pleased with the rental.

Cabin was neat and clean. Great views and not to difficult to access. Only issues were hot tub didn’t work and couldn’t play pool in the evenings because the pool sticks had no tips and no chalk. Luckily we brought cards to occupy ourselves on the evenings we spent at the cabin.

Staff were friendly. Cabin was nice, but not the cleanest. A lot of dust and dirt on the floors, and the jets in the jacuzzi tub were black. The fireplace did not work, and the sliding door had a broken lock. Could not get the guide to pull up on either TV, so instructions would have helped. Also had no extra blankets, had to call and request these. Unfortunately, I feel I paid a lot of money to have not even had a fireplace. I feel the company should have offered a discount. I had a better experience with another cabin company with a previous visit, and will likely use them again.

I love Parkside Cabin Rentals!!! We stayed in Grin and Bear It. I loved set up. Everything we needed was there. I have no complaints period. Take something to clean with because there was nothing to clean the hot tubs out with. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The Cabin overall was good. The thing that kept it from being great was cleanliness. It was surface clean only. There were Cobwebs on the light over kitchen sink, under the couch cushions, very dirty and disgusting. I'm not one to be picky, however I do want to stay in a clean place. The cabin we stayed in, in February was excellent!! So I guess I expected more.

So....we had some weather issues that kept us from getting back to our cabin...Parkside put us up for the night in a different cabin, then allowed us to stay in the new cabin when electricity hadn't been restored to ours....we called this morning and asked if the cabin was available for another night and it was.....these fine folks are letting us stay another night on them for all our trouble. We understand weather can't be helped and they certainly didn't have to accommodate us an extra night. Good business practice gets you return customers....we are very pleased!!! The cabin was gorgeous. Upon our arrival we noticed a few things. The coffee filter from the previous renters was not taken out, we found an old bar of soap sitting on a beam walking upstairs, a blueberry was on the living room floor and my husband said that the main floor DVD player would not work. The parking was limited and I did not like having to keep the trash inside. Other than those things the employees were very pleasent and we wanted to stay another week in the cabin! Thank you Parkside rentals! We look forward to coming back and staying in one of your cabins.

Loved the cabin! There were some minor things that could have made it easier for people cooking in ; i.e.: serrated knives to cut steaks, a can opener that worked, wine glasses. (All cabins have those, but this one did not.) Then something was wrong with the stove and the light. You could lean up against it and the light would come on, weird. Overall though, it was nice.

There was an issue with insects, we called and it was addressed immediately. The cabins could use a little TLC. The screen door was totally unusable, and the back slider was extremely hard to open. Everything needs a good dusting. The office staff were very helpful and personal. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Easy to find. Accommodating for late arrivals. Very clean and well kept cabin. Photos and descriptions online were spot on.

Pros: Check in was fast! Directions was on point. Cabin was really nice( same as pictures online) Perfect fit for my family Maintenance was there within 10 mins of each call and was very nice! Cons: Grill was too small and the grass around it was high Pool table was to close to the wall to enjoy the game Tub in the basement had water in it upon arrival and was stopped up Huge wasp nest over the front door Towel with Band-Aids was left in à nightstand drawer. Pool was over 3 miles away so no fun times there Overall the stay nice

our basement bathroom was clogged . Wasp nest in the front entrance and yellow jackets on back desk. Not enough clorine in hot tub. For 600.00 I don't think having to make sure all dishes are washed and put away.

The cabin was very nice and clean. Paperwork went very smoothly at the office. This is the second time that we have stayed thru Parkside and we will be back. Great customer service.

The Cabins were very nice and clean. everything was in great working condition. We will be booking more future stays. possibly in bigger cabins, with more family members. the room for the pool table, could be a little wider. or change out to air hockey and darts. Thank you very much for the experience. this was our first cabin stay.
