Love the Cabin! Easy access to town.. The electric plugs need some updates. Anything you plug in falls out but a nice place to stay.

We love the cabin, we were close to everything. Check in and out is very easy. The people are very friendly.

we love this cabin. its perfect for me my wife and our beloved dog Macy. we could tell that alot of maintenance items had been done from last year. clean and well maintained

We enjoyed our stay at your cabin. There were a few things that needed fixed to make it more enjoyable. First being a new thermostat that will allow you to set temp below 68. 68 is way too warm for me. The other big thing being the sink in the bathroom. You cannot adjust the water temperature in there. This is a hazard, that water is really hot! Internet did not work quite a bit of the time. Guy came to fix it but it didn't stay on. Other than that we really loved the cabin. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils. We will definitely be back in the future!

The cabin was cute and perfect for two people. It is located in a great spot so close to everything. The only change would be the floors were very dirty and it would have been nice to have extra blankets on hand.

Cabin was in a good location and peaceful on the stream. It is an older unit and would be nice to see it painted and the decks cleaned. Mattress was great but pillows terrible. Overall, good experience and our second stay with Parkside. We would likely stay in this unit again.

We liked the cabin location on the little creek however you need to update the welcome mat and we can tell unit is older unit some of the paint work was sloppy

The office staff were extremely friendly and very helpful! The cabin was very nice, but definitely needs a good deep cleaning. The floors were filthy, and the blinds were very dusty, but other than that, it was perfect. We will continue to use Parkside for our rental needs!

Cabin was clean and roomy. We had preferred to be way out before just due to traffic and dogs I give the park side cabin rentals. 20+ as well as the cabin owner that allowed our presence. Fully satisfied!!!!

The cabin and it's amenities for a very good for our two night stay we were able to visit downtown and go to Cherokee North Carolina and go through the Smoky Mountains

The only problem was the place is out dated. It was clean and a very good location. Otherwise I would had given a five.

We really enjoyed the cabin! Loved the Jacuzzi and also the shower was nice! We used the coffee pot, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washed a load of clothes! We sat on the porches several times and really enjoyed it. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the decor!!! The constructive criticism: The porches needed swept which my husband did a little bit. The toaster didn't work well for bagels. There was no hair dryer - maybe I assumed there would be. But overall definitely 5 stars!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, .Quick check in process. They even suggested a few places to eat which were great. I called once for trash pick-up and the guy was at the cabin within 20 minutes. The cabin itself was dated but provided us a Wood Burning fireplace (Wood Provided), a Large indoor Jacuzzi Tub, a very comfortable king bed and a full kitchen with a washer and dryer. Location was perfect off a semi quiet paved road. Only complaint was after the cleaning folks leave someone from the office should do a Quality Assurance check. Floor needs a good mopping and since its' a pet friendly cabin the use of a vaccum would be better than a broom as we found old dog hair and dust balls everywhere. Also the top bed comforter was embedded with dog hair. We washed it twice but could not use it. Overall however a great value for the price and do plan to stay at the same cabin again one day.

Cabin needs a little upgrade on bathroom floor and with out side lighting. Cabin is very nice no where really for dogs to roam too close to road I'd mention this cause I asked when I called . Cabin very clean. Wi-Fi wouldn't connect to phone and we had to purchase our own Lighter for fire place/Grill was not one there .Minor flaws nothing that would stop me from staying there again . Over all was very pleased !

We loved the cabin, peaceful and quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean. We loved the walk in shower since we are seniors. Check in was easy and the people were very friendly.

The cabin was in a great location, quiet and convenient to the park and downtown. Unfortunately, it was pretty dirty. Garbage was left outside in a trashcan all week, unbeknownst to us (bears!) and the floors, walls, and return vent were all visibly dirty with a weird brown sludge in the fridge. I will say overall we are pretty easy going and just came out to hike so it still worked well for our purposes. Front desk employees were also super nice and helpful.

The office personnel was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. We found our cabin with ease and really enjoyed the stay there. Convenient to town, very clean and comfy!

Cabins are always nice to stay in. The bathroom floor had bugs on it which want that big of a deal but still. The shower head needs to be fixed. Very confusing to use. Overall I love your cabins

Check-in and out was easy and efficient. We liked the cabin and it's location. It could use some aesthetic updating as far as paint, stained bathroom floor and rusted vent cover but it was pretty clean except for some dead bugs. The bedding was very comfortable which was important to us and the kitchen was nice. Hot tub was clean and very enjoyable.

Cabin was very clean and the staff were very polite. This was our third stay and will not be our last. Thank you!

Love the cabin! The kitchen could use more a cheese grater and better Quality pots. The Teflon is worn off. A rug would be lovely too, even just one. There were none.

Cabin was nice & clean, just no hairdryer. The 2 previous cabins rented from Parkside provided hairdryers, but it was quickly fixed by running a few miles down the road to Family Dollar Store. We look forward to renting the cabin again in 2018.

We loved our stay with you! The cabin was wonderful and everything was ready for us when we arrived. The hot tub was even at a great temperature, most rental places overlook that. We will definitely look at your cabins again apon returning. Thanks for a relaxing weekend!

Nice and clean cabin. The price was very reasonable. We needed a blanket for the bed and I'm sure we could've gotten one if we had called the office - our last night there the weather was cold. A blanket by the fire would've been nice.

The Dove's Nest was everything we hoped it would be, and we found it exactly as it was advertised. Close enough to town to get there in a few short minutes, but remote enough to feel very secluded. We had trouble getting the hot tub to heat up on the first day but the staff sent a maintenance guy right away, and it was all good! We would loved to have had a fire in the fireplace but we completely understand why that's not a good idea at this time. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we'll be back.

I enjoyed my stay in the Dove's Nest cabin. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I had a problem with the wi-fi connection, but it was fixed promptly

The customer service was great and we enjoyed the cabin. However there appears to be mold in the bathroom that should be remedied.

Everything we needed was provided in this cabin. We loved the stream, the hot tub, the jacuzzi, the tidy kitchen, and the great water pressure in the shower. Thank you for providing firewood for the chilly evenings. We will be back!!!

This was the most care free vacation the wife and I have been on. The cabin was perfect the staff was even better.

cabin was very clean, very well decorated (loved the dining set!) bed was clean and very comfortable, plenty of linens, cabin had everything we needed for a 3 night stay....good location....only recommendation is you change your direction sheet to the cabin to route people out 321 to light 2A, turn left, then right and EASY to find....we forgot to mention at check out...you have some light bulbs (inside and outside) that need to be changed/checked.

Staff is amazing. Rooms are as show on the website. Stay every year and will next year as well.

We have stayed several times and it has been great. This time was good but the cabin was a little dirty when we got there. Dirty sheets left in a bag by the tub and no batteries in the remote. Old clothing left behind. Fireplace was full of old logs. Usually it is spotless so we were surprised at this.

We really enjoyed the upgrades to the cabin as in the furniture. This is our third time staying in this house and it was the best time. You need a table on each deck with the chairs.

The reservation process was simple, and we liked the keyless entry in the cabin. The cabin was pretty clean and the decor was attractive. We especially liked the large bathtub, and the bed was super comfortable.

We came for Spring Break and everything was perfect. It was clean, easy to find, and everything worked. It is a very comfortable cabin very close to town. We are coming again next week and looking forward to another great visit!

the cabin was very nice and cozy. nice location back in the mountains. actually enjoyed the cabin the 2nd night once the hot tub was fixed it could have used a little light in there but it was still amazing.

Only negative was the coffee pot. When I went to make my husband coffee and lifted the lid, the filter basket had an old moldy filter & coffee in it. The pot was cloudy not clean. Otherwise great stay!
