It was clean had everything we needed, and it was in a good location

This is our second stay with Parkside and we have truly enjoyed it. The cabin was small and quaint but perfect for just us two. The staff is super friendly. The coupons for activities and parking are definitely helpful!

As always excellent customer service. Always enjoy staying with Parkside.

Towels are too rough and the toilet is too short for use. Toilet may need to be replaced with a better one.

Enjoyed the cabin. Jacuzzi and toilet acted a little weird, but were functional for our stay overall. I would definitely book with you again, but maybe not that cabin because of the location to the road. Overall 10/10

Check in was awesome and effortless! The staff was extremely friendly and customer service was amazing! The only downfall was the location. We did not sleep well at all for the 6 nights we were there due to being on a busy street and dump trucks emptying dumpsters in the middle of the night. I mist likely would not have rented this cabin if I had been made aware of the these things.

I had an easy and fast check in, the cabin was very.cozy and close to everything.

The cabin was nice love the location. The only thing I would change would be the showerhead. It was terrible. Could have been a little cleaner behind the bed was very dusty. The bed cover had blood stains on it, and there was hair all over the head of the bed on the bed cover.

It was really nice. We would stay with you again. We could not connect to the Internet but that was it.

It was perfect. We had a great time cabin was great easy to get to. Had everything we need and easy to get to everything we wanted to do. We'll be back . Thanks for everything.

Can't beat the cabin for it's convenience and price. As warned on the front end it was a bit loud with the garbage truck at 145 each morning. All in all great value.

We had a good experience but wish the cabin was a little cleaner when arriving. Doesn’t seem like it was swept or vacuumed from the prior guests. We had an enjoyable stay and would rent from again. One minor complaint is the all the bright lights from the internet equipment right in front of the bed.

It was good just the cabin was cold even with heat on. We enjoyed it and loved the hot tub

The lights on the porch were too bright - we needed to be able to turn them off .

well the staff was great and had no problems at all with checking in or checking out-the property is somewhat outdated and the shower needs updated too. The area is very active with the miniature golf outside the door and the highway right outside the bedroom window.

We had a great stay. I only had a few complaints. One was that there were not enough dishes and silverware for our family even though it is advertised to sleep 4. There were only 3 plates and 3 forks. It is not a secluded, quiet cabin like I thought.

The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to eat,ect. The cabin was very comfortable and located close to everything yet private enough to feel away. We were on our honeymoon but look forward to utilize the same company for future family vacations. Great price as well!

Cabins are always clean, comfortable and beautiful. The Davy Crockett cabin is in a great location for quick and easy Gatlinburg access.

Description of cabin on website stated access to a pool which was false other than that I would stay again. Hot was great but could use a little more privacy.

We weren’t expecting the location of the cabin to be so close to a parking lot of the mini golf, but once we settled in we realized we loved the location. It was very close to downtown Gatlinburg and a quick drive to Pigeon Forge. Little noisy and the cabin where it sits almost looks like it used to be the office. Especially given the amount of lighting setup on the porch. Either way we enjoyed the stay.

The cabin Davy Crockett was so cute & perfect getaway from home he health care field grea location. The hot tub was a great amenities.

4th time staying with this company. Every cabin has been clean, efficient and staff have been great! Definitely a lifetime customer from now on.

Very happy with the visit just a little close to the road for me . The bears nightly are the highlight of that cabin. Thanks for a lovely time .

I will definitely be staying here again. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The office staff was super nice. We were giving parking passes and coupons which we used. We will definitely be back and will use your rental company again.

Always a great stay at Parkside . Juan went above and beyond on our arrival day . Water pressure was low and taking awhile for hot tub to fill . He stayed late that day and made sure all was good .

The cabin was real nice and prefect for me and my family. Didn’t want to leave when it was time to go. We would definitely be returning.

The cabin needs dusting, cob webs on the ceiling and in the corners. The bathroom sink was putting off a sewage smell. The hardwood floors were very slick. Water pressure, especially in the shower, very weak.

The cabin we stayed in was in a perfect location for us! It was clean and neat and just what we were looking for. The staff was very friendly at check-in/out! No complaints about anything. This was our second time staying in one of your cabins. The last time was 9 years ago. If we and when we decide to visit the area again, we will definitely be booking with you again!!

It was my first trip to Gatlinburg and I didn’t know what to expect. I was blown away by the coziness of the cabin as well as the cleanliness. Beats a hotel stay by miles! Will definitely have to stay again!

Not anything you can do about it but the noise from the mini golf course was really load when trying to sleep at 12 30 in the morning.

There were 2 things I felt needed to be addressed. I told her at the front desk, but will here too. You can't shut the bedroom door -it won't go past the bed and you can't move the bed over to get it shut. The other thing is how slick the floors are. The boys slid a couple of times (they're fine boys will be boys and like to run lol) but I had to make sure to walk slow because I slipped a few times. I just wanted to let you know because you know there are some people that can be "sue happy" and look for ways to get something over on someone. Other than that everything was great. Thanks for a wonderful stay and help make our first family vacation one of the best!

The cabin was perfect for a couples getaway. My husband and I enjoyed the proximity to downtown Gatlinburg while still being able to have the privacy of our own cabin. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

The stay was very nice, and the cabin was as good as advertised. We will hope to stay again when we return.

Great cabin too close to the putt putt course and too close to the road. But the next time I will rent from parkside cabin rentals. The customer service was the best I have ever had.

We were very happy with the customer service and the cleanliness of our cabin. The only complaint is the location was right by the street and cars could be heard speeding by all night. We will use Parkside Cabin Rentals again, but next time we will choose another location.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Davy Crockett cabin! The staff was very helpful. The cabin was clean and "home-y". We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We loved our cabin & how convenient it was to everything. The staff was always helpful & pleasant when I called in to make payments & check in was a very pleasant experience.

Service was prompt, efficient, and friendly. There was an issue where the connection to the Direct TV was severed by a lawnmower, but it was fixed promptly. I will happily return to the cabin in November.

Everyone was very friendly and renting was easy. The cabin was good but not for anyone who is a light sleeper... very noisy, between the cars driving on the road right beside the bedroom and the trash trucks picking up nearby at 3am...

The location was perfect for us and what we wanted to do. However we did notice the cabin wasn't as clean as we would have hoped but we would definitely stay in the cabin again!
