Everything was perfect! The cabin was clean, and cozy. The location was beautiful.

Jeff and parkside went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable . Have already recommended your company to at least 4 friends.

The cabin we stayed in was so pretty!! It was clean and had everything you needed to cook with in the kitchen. Washer and dryer worked good enough for my little load. Lots of room to move around in upstairs and downstairs.

Service was great. We have used this company for 4 years in a row now. This time was a little disappointed as the mattresses were not comfy at all and almost no heat at all in the lower level. Othe than that, no complaints.

Cabin was very clean & very cozy exactly as described. I stopped by the office & asked for a parking pass because I left my back at the cabin & they issued me one no problem at all. I also told them our coffee pot was broke & when we got back to the cabin there was a brand new one still in the box. Highly recommend

I really enjoyed my stay at the Bear Feet cabin. It was nice and clean and very cozy. I just have one minor complaint the heater struggled to keep the first floor warm I attributed tht to the high ceilings. Other than that no complaints. The staff in the rental office were very friendly and professional.

Cabin was nice and very basic decor. My one thing that kept it from getting 5 stars is the beds. Both beds were awful. I have never woke up hurting so bad ever.

I am not filling out all of this for free, pay me.

Everything was so nice! The beds were very firm but that’s personal preference. Everything else was fantastic, from the cleanliness to the coziness. The desk staff was very helpful with suggestions. Would definitely stay again

The cabin was great! It was clean and an issue with the washing machine was addressed immediately!

The cabin was a little dirty but overall ok. I put 2 year old in the garden tub and she turned the jets on it blew out this nasty brown and black stuff out of every jet and on the balcony behind the hot tub there was a loose piece of wood that our daughter could have fell out

Cabin was clean and welcoming. Check-in process was easy and Jeff was very helpful with giving hiking and restaurant recommendations.

The mattresses wre to hard but everything else was fine. Also, did not have a broom or mop, so we had to use a towel to get up a spill.

Called ahead and spoke with Jeff at the front desk to ask about checkin since I was unsure of the time we would arrive. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions and we had a “real” human conversation about diets! I enjoy when anyone personalizes our business transaction. Makes you want to return just to chat it up with Jeff! Cabin was beautiful, will definitely be returning!!

The cabin was very good size for our party. It was somewhat clean, we found dog toys and dirt under the couches. I was a bit disappointed because there were no Christmas decorations whatsoever. I would've liked to at least had seen a Christmas Tree.

The stay was great; only had minor issues with plumbing downstairs. Overall highly satisfied

Cabin was great. Some things could be updated, but we’re manageable. Overall, the stay was fabulous. Very disappointed in the end. I called on checkout morning, knowing that the cabin (we were in) was already booked, but wanted to see if there was another available for just one night. Gentleman that answered refused to look, as it was a two night minimum. There were a few that were available for just one night, and booked around that night. I understand the two night minimum, but we’d stayed 4 nights already. We did stay, somewhere else. For that reason, and the overall lack of care/attitude from the man I spoke with, I don’t know if we’d stay with you all again.

Excellent. Would recommend Park Side Rentals to anyone looking in the Gatlinburg area. The cabin was clean, neat, had all the amenities, including W/D & hot tub! Well maintained in a nice, quiet area. Will stay again!

Everything was perfect, except the beds were just way too hard. Checkin and checkout was easy and the area discounts and perks were nice. If only the beds had either a softer Mattress or a pad.

Everything was great! One issue the wifi wasn't working but the gentleman at the desk fixed that right away.

check in and check out was easy. Had one problem with the fireplace and it was fixed the next morning. Some screens need repair in the front door and bedroom.

Everything about this stay was exceptional. Check in was very easy and the staff was very welcoming. Our cabin was phenomenal. It was extremely clean, and included so many household items- it made our stay a breeze. We only stayed 3 nights, but I could have stayed here forever. It was beyond my expectations. I was also thrilled we didn’t have any bugs in the cabin, and somehow did not get eaten by bugs outside either. My only small advice is the pool table pockets are ripped, and so the balls fall out onto the floor. We did not realize this at first and almost lost a toe. I’m not sure if there’s a way to patch them or replace them, but it’d be a good idea to prevent any future accidents. The cabin also did not include bedding for the pull out, which we arrived past 2pm so we were unable to request on the first night. It would be nice to have an extra pillow/blanket around for guests who check in after 2pm. We will definitely return and rent with Parkside again in the future, it was a great experience.

it was very good! Besides we got lost trying to go to the cabin. I tried calling the office it was only 8:30 and someone answered and hung up then didn’t answer again. We were tired and kids crabby and just wanted to get to the cabin. Other than that it was a great overall stay.

The cabin was amazing. Exactly as it was described. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Very quiet location. Best place and at an affordable price for a quick getaway.

Had an issue with the air unit not working and didn’t really notice it until later in the first night out of a four night stay. I made a phone call in the morning and was not only treated with excellent courtesy over the phone but we had a maintenance tech out quickly to solve the problem for us and made the rest of the stay very comfortable! The tech was also very courteous to us and made sure to tell us that we can call for immediate service if there was an issue again. We have stayed multiple times with Parkside and won’t use any other cabin rental service. I would only add that the power went out on the final night of our stay, and the instructions are to call from the cabin phone as to link the number to the electric account... we were in a cabin that does not have a battery back up style phone so that wasn’t an option and the electric company outage report line didn’t recognize the phone number when entered manually... this was a minor inconvenience as the power was restored within roughly 90 minutes but it may be a point to ensure all accounts are linked properly to report outages as well as ensure all cabin phones are battery backed in case of such event. The power outage is nothing that the Parkside establishment can prevent, but there are those small details that can assist in said case. We definitely will stay again! We try for a different cabin each stay and have had many memorable experiences thus far!

We enjoyed our stay overall! The cabin was clean and cozy!! A few dislikes...no garbage can in the upstairs bathroom, no drainer in the kitchen sink, no potholders for cooking, and both beds were extremely uncomfortable!

Cabin was very clean. Enjoyed the stay. Heat didn't work but it was fixed after I called the main office. We did noticed some hornets nest on the back porch at the top of the ceilings but it didn't bother us. Otherwise it was a great cabin.

Overall the stay was great. We had a hard time with warm water and heat. Took a while longer than expected to warm up.Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved the cabin. It felt like home away from home. Everything we needed. The only problem was we could not use the pull out couch because the mattress was extremely dirty with stains on it.

Everything was good. The cabin was cool when we arrived and lights were on. The water pressure in the toilet upstairs was not the best after using the showers!

Parkside Cabin Rentals is an A1 organization. The customer service was impeccable and the cabin was more than we imagined. My family and I stayed in Bear Feet and we enjoyed every minute of it. The cabin was very clean and updated. The kitchen was properly stocked. And the Jacuzzi was just what we needed. Needless to say we will be staying at Parkside again and I have already recommended it to some of my friends.

Everything was perfect. My family and I will be returning for another vacation.

Love that your cabins are stocked with a reasonable amount of toilet paper, paper towels, linens (could use blankets instead of having to using heavy comforter), and toiletries. Thank you for working with us when the cabin description on the internet was not as factual or detailed as it should have been (studio floor plan being called a one bedroom). I do find it odd that at least one of your cabins (Bear Feet) has walls but no ceiling on the bedroom so noise from TV and lights from living area is not blocked from bedroom and the whirlpool noise from the tub in the bedroom (not bathroom) is not blocked from the living area.This also means that the sunlight from windows that have no shades can not be blocked from the bedroom. Easy check in and check out process. Friendly office staff.

We didn't have any hot water but everything else was great.

My husband and I spent our 4 years anniversary here and the cabin was spectacular. Very clean and organized. We are planning to return in the future with our sons.

We had a wonderful time we were with another couple privacy was limited but we made do didn't like the pool table in the bedroom didn't see that in the pictures but we had a blast and will be staying with you again!

Check-in/out was easy. We received lots of useful coupons upon check-in. We loved the cabin! It is very nice and cozy! It is in a quiet area and is also conveniently located close to downtown. We look forward to renting here again!

Park side is a first class rental company and the cabin was the nicest cabin I've stayed in.

We love the place.... it was in a good location and it was beautiful. We would suggest changing the bed frames or something as one cannot enjoy sleeping due to its squeaking every time you tried to turn over in bed. Also the the bedroom on the main floor does not have a ceiling and therefore it is not private when you're trying to sleep as you can hear everything that's going on in the living area.

It was a great time . Very nice and everything was very clean

The only complaint I have is that the wood floor was extremely slippery. I almost fell numerous times and had to shuffle across the floor most of the time. I'm not sure if the cleaning crew used a product that left floor slippery or if that is just how it is, but it was dangerous at times, especially at night when you're half asleep and need some water from the kitchen. Also, the water in the hot tub was not full enough so when you put on the jets it shot water clear across the hot tub onto the deck. Everything else was great!!

Cabin extremely clean. I was surprised by the size and quality of the cabin. I would definitely go back and recommend to others.
