Cabin was decent, the main living area was very clean and nice. The bathroom and bed room could have used alot more attention by the cleaning staff, mold on shower floor and cob webs in corners. Bedroom had cobwebs on walls and in corners of walls and a few random stains on the walls that were missed during cleaning. Bedroom could use some attention to fixing missing trim and chipped up walls

The place was fitting for just 2 people, the hot tub was a nice and having a washer and drier was very helpful. The drive up to our cabin was kind of steep but it was not an issue. The place could be a little bit more clean, we did have to kill some insects around the kitchen. I also noticed there maybe a wasp hive outside somewhere. When walking out to our vehicle there seemed to be like 3 or more every time we walked out. Hand soap was not provided for us which I thought was weird. I wish we were provided an extra trash bag in case. Thank you!

Everything was fantastic. Check in was a breeze and finding the cabin was super easy! My son and I loved the cabin and he especially loved the hot tub! We will absolutely be renting from here again.

We liked staying in the cabin. The pictures on the website for this cabin appear to show the rooms to be much lighter that they actually were. The cabin lighting was not bright at all. The walls even look much lighter in the pictures that they actually were. Overall, it was a nice place, but lighting could be better.

Awesome place to stay. Place was very clean. Also appreciated the discount booklet and parking passes for the local tourist attractions and restaurants.

Cabin was nice. It did have an odd smell, not sure if it was from clean products used. It did differ from the pictures. The pictures on the website show all wood inside but the inside was drywall. If you were expecting a more cabin feel this would not be the one. Overall our experience was comfortable and good. It had a great location to downtown and the parking included was a nice touch.

We liked everything about the cabin except the cleanliness. The bathroom floor and woodwork were not cleaned well. There was lots of dust in the corner by the shower and the baseboard was very dusty. It was very noticeable so I am not sure how it was missed. Also, we found candy wrappers and the drawer under the stove was very dirty. We don’t expect perfection, but these three things were very obvious. The furniture was comfortable. The only other suggestion other than cleaning would be a dresser or stand to put your suitcase on.

Had an excellent experience during our stay. The only downside would be having more clean towels delivered during our stay. We did not call to have more sent up, so that is on us, but when we realized we were out it was after hours. Possibly having some dropped off on day 2 or 3 would have been very nice. Overall a fantastic experience.

Nice place! It would have been nice to have two folding suitcase stands to use in the bedroom vs the floor and a few hooks on the back of the bathroom doors to hang moist bath towels. We had plenty of towels and washcloths! Thanks! Great shower! Toilet needs to be a little more aggressive in the flush and fill department. Faster fill, stronger flush. (handle on the large fry pan is about to fall off. Would have tightened it but left my tool bag and star drive at home.) Clean, new, comfy bed, very comfortable cabin!

Very clean enjoyable space. Close but far enough away from downtown Gaitlinburg. We spent on first week engaged here and it was great. The hot tub was nice to and just being able to cook a meal at home was nice.

Excellent!!! This is not our first time staying at your cabins. We always stay with you for our anniversary and my husband's birthday.

Would stay again. Just minor issues. Beds not comfortable pull out very springy and actual bed was VERY hard. Only sheets provided for pull out no extra blankets for it. Moldy shower curtian. Dish soap made things feel sticky. Garbage cans hard to empty. And steps to hot tub moved when stepped on. But over all enjoyed our stay and the location. Would definitely stay again. This was my second stay with you.

What a wonderful vacation! We spent 3 nights at Mountain Whispers and couldn't have been happier. The cabin was beautiful and well equipped, the scenery breathtaking, the entire time was relaxing and peaceful. Your office was always immediate in responding to email or calls in advance and the staff we interacted with personally were helpful, courteous and efficient. We left with nothing but positive feelings about our trip and your company. We did stay an extra night in FishTales- though it was fine, the atmosphere of the first 3 nights could never be beaten. I’ve used Parkside in the past. Good company and Great amenities. The only issue we had was that there was an unpleasant odor when we entered the cabin. We never could identify the odor but we were able to cover up with essential oils. A couple suggestions would be better organization for trash pickup/disposal. Also, if the check in process would allow to go straight to cabin instead of office first, that would be helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our time and the amenities.

Our stay in the cabin was excellent. We were very surprised how well insulated the cabin was. Our only suggestion was to add coat hangers in the closet so we could hang our coats.

We had an issue with our TV restarting every 3 1/2 minutes and we called down to the office and Steve came and troubleshooted And has a new tv ready for when we got back that evening from touring the city. Very friendly staff!

The Cabin (#3 Fish Tales) was very convenient to Downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Easily accessible with a drive way for our car and the cabin itself was very very clean and well stocked with towels and other necessities. I will stay with Parkside Cabins again.

Love staying at Parkside right in Gatlinburg. Location is excellent. Cabin was very nice. A few little things like missing oven mitt and hot pad and an iron but no ironing board, but all in all a great stay. Love the washer and dryer in the cabin. Wish they all had them. Makes coming home from vacation so much easier. We will be back for a week at Thanksgiving.

We loved the cabin. The location was perfect, close to town but far enough from the strip to be peaceful. We only had a couple of complaints. There was no dishwashing liquid, we had to go buy our own. The first morning after I made my coffee I discovered there were no coffee mugs in the cabinet. And finally, my husband loves to watch the Smoky Mountain channel when we are in Gatlinburg, so he was very disappointed to find out the cabin had DTV which meant he couldn't watch his channel. But overall the cabin was great, very clean, comfortable bed, huge shower, the list goes on and on!

I absolutely loved this cabin. I would have given it five stars, my only complaint was that our commode wasn't clean to its fullest. I called the office and they sent someone out immediately to take care of it. Overall, excellent room and we will be returning soon.

There was trash left in the bathroom garbage but other than that the room was very clean and perfect for a weekend getaway.

Friendly staff at check-in. We had to call about refilling the hot tub and the gentleman was there within minutes. We definitely will return.

We really enjoyed our stay this weekend. The cabin was beautiful and very well equipped.

All was good for the new unit. Parking was a bit problematic in the evening. The hot water in the shower was regulated down to the point it was barely warm the first morning but we notified mgmt and it was fixed during the day and was hot the next time it was used. I'd recommend a door mat outside to catch debris before entering the unit. There was no grill for this unit, but one under a shelter would have been nice. Excellent décor, appliances and amenities.
