1. Free Tastings

Sugarland Cellars

This wine shop takes pride in its focus on local history and heritage. That is why they name each of their wines after an important historical figure, key location, or other fact about the Smoky Mountains. Their number one selling product is the Elkmont wine, which is made from Loganberries and raspberries. This is just one of the many different wines that you can sample daily when you visit the winery! You can also take a tour of the facility to learn more about its history and the process that goes into making a bottle of Smoky Mountain wine.

2. Charitable Company

Each year, Sugarland Cellars Winery partners with local artist Robert Tino and the nonprofit group Friends of the Smokies to give back to the area. For each season, they release a bottle of wine with Robert’s artwork on it to help raise money to protect and preserve the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. So far, they have raised over $180,000 to give back to the mountains in an effort to keep the area thriving.
